1. 📦 Shipping 

We currently offer simple, transparent U.S. shipping rates designed to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free:

Under $25: $4.99

$25–$49.99: $7.99

$50 and over: FREE Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
As our business continues to grow, this may change in the future — but for now, we are focused on serving our U.S. customers with excellence and reliability.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Texas within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedX ( Your choice  at Checkout) 
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
During high-volume times, such as collection launches or vendor events, please allow extra time.

 

2. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit.

 

3. Cancellations & Changes

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order.

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made just for you and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
Production time may vary based on your design, not to exceed 14 days.  Please allow additional time and review all details carefully.

However, we are committed to providing a positive experience. In certain situations, we may offer a resolution such as store credit or a future discount at our discretion.
